Your access to and use of the Trading Stars Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Definitions
In these conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings: “The Company” means Trading stars Ltd. “The Customer” means the person, firm, company or organisation specified in the order or being party to any contract to which these terms and conditions apply. “The Goods” means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any part for or of them) which the company is to supply in accordance with these terms.
Payment.
You the customer are required to pay for all goods before they are released, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed
Trading Stars reserves the right to withdraw supply of goods when an account is not settled by the due date and will hold all goods ordered until the appropriate payment is received.
Any credit card payments will incur a 2.5% of transaction value surcharge.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trading Stars Ltd and its licensors.
Third party website links.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Trading Stars.
We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Trading Stars shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Claims against Trading Stars
In the event of the customer having any claim against the company, the customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of any monies due to the company in the respect of goods ordered by the customer any such company being liable to the customer, the company shall credit the customer when liability has been ascertained.
Retention of Title.
Until payment for all goods under all contracts between the parties has been made in full:
i. The goods shall remain the property of the company, but the risk therein all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.
ii. The purchaser may sell the goods in the normal course of its business but shall hold and pursue claims for the proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the goods for and on behalf of the seller.
Force Majeure.
The company should not be liable for failure to deliver the goods or for failure to comply with the contract in any other respect by reason of force majeure or any circumstance howsoever arising outside the reasonable control of the company including, but without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any industrial action, strikes, lock-outs, shortages of labour, breakdown of machinery, non-availability of supplies of stock, materials or parts, delay in delivery to the company of goods or materials, civil commotion, riots, war, breaking off of diplomatic relations, fire, explosion, accident, sabotage, storm, flood, earthquake, fog, subsidence, pestilence or epidemics or compliance with any directive request or order of any person with actual or apparent governmental authority, Government action or legislation or regulation or any act of God and inability to obtain fuel, power or transportation. Such failure shall not affect the obligation of the customer to pay for goods already delivered. In the event that such circumstances shall continue for an unbroken period of sixty days the company shall have the right by notice in writing to terminate the contract or contracts in question to the extent that they shall not have been performed.
