Delivery and Returns policy

Delivery
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This includes picking and packing your order. You will receive a further email when your order has been shipped.
 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

International Shipping
 International shipping will be EX Works.
 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 business days after delivery. We expect the returned item to be unused and in its original condition. Once confirmed that the item is in a re sellable condition a refund minus the shipping costs will be processed. 

In unforeseeable event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tradingstars.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Damages should be reported no later than 2 working days after delivery.
